Daniel brings over 20 years of hands-on expertise as an apprentice-trained electrical engineer, building services and FM specialist. Throughout his career, he became widely recognised as one of the leading engineers and supervisors in London’s building services sector. As a senior manager, Daniel successfully mobilised the entire Kings Cross residential estate, including iconic developments such as Gasholders, Arthouse, Tapestry, and Plimsoll buildings.

He has managed renowned properties such as 5 Canada Square in Canary Wharf, and One Poultry at Bank Station. Daniel’s London tenure culminated in senior roles at REM, where he managed building operations for Europe’s most prestigious building, The Shard, as well as Shard Place, the UK’s flagship Build to Rent scheme.

 

After relocating to the North, Daniel became Head of Facilities for Dandara Living, one of the UK’s most celebrated Build to Rent companies, taking their FM operations to award-winning standards.
